Join our Team as a Lean Consultant! The Role: We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Lean Consultant to join the Toyota/Raymond Lean Management (TLM/RLM) team. In this role, you'll bring energy, curiosity, and proven expertise in continuous improvement to help transform organizations through the power of the Toyota Production System. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across North America, supporting dealerships and customers in eliminating waste, driving efficiency, and fostering a true culture of continuous improvement. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and mentoring leaders to reach their full potential, this is the place for you. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar). • 15+ years of leadership experience in areas such as: Material Handling, Operations, Healthcare, Supply Chain, within a Lean-practicing organization. • Deep academic understanding and application experience of key Lean concepts: 5S, Standard Work, Just In Time (JIT), Jidoka, Visual Management, One Piece Flow, Kaizen, Asaichi/Loop communication, Hoshin Kanri. • Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience guiding leaders and teams toward long-term change. • Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically across the U.S. What Sets You Apart: • Lean experience from a TPS/TLM/RLM environment, emphasizing developing human capital and total company culture over dispatching experts to solve problems and drive change. Where and When You'll Work: • This role is fully remote within United States. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a passion for what you do. • Since travel is primarily by air, living near a major airport is highly advantageous. • Ability to manage an autonomous schedule aligned with the needs of dealerships and customers.
