This role will provide an opportunity to innovate and collaborate with HCP’s, ultimately making a big difference to patient care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes. Your work will help accelerate the adoption of Medtronic ’s Heart Failure therapies, diagnostics, disease management tools, and services by supporting the implementation of localized clinical pathways and workflows. This is a field-based position covering London and the South East. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Enhance local Heart Failure (HF) services by introducing evidence-based care pathways and collaborating with local stakeholders using HF Market Development tools Enable HF initiatives by leveraging strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to collaborative, cross-functional projects Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers, in line with Medtronic Business Conduct Standards Understand local referral patterns, patient demographics, financial flows, and barriers to access across the healthcare system Collect and analyze data on local healthcare structures and delivery systems at all levels to inform strategy and pathway development Partner with internal teams including sales, marketing, and regional/global colleagues—to ensure aligned strategies and effective execution Contribute local insights to business planning, providing data-driven input on needs, priorities, and opportunities Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments Solid professional background in health economics, market access/reimbursement, and understanding of government policy and decision-making processes Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategic approaches and ensure effective execution Working knowledge of medical statistics and their application in healthcare settings Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
