Remote, part-time opportunity for a motivated Marketing & Recruiting Associate to help grow a life insurance team. You’ll attract and connect with prospective insurance agents using social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, and digital outreach. No insurance license required to start—training and licensing assistance provided. We’re seeking a motivated Marketing & Recruiting Associate to help expand our team of licensed life insurance agents across Houston and San Antonio. Position Summary: This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about marketing, recruiting, and social media outreach. You don’t need to be a licensed insurance agent to start — we will train and assist you in obtaining your life insurance license. Your main focus will be to attract, connect with, and onboard new team members using social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing and recruiting campaigns to attract potential insurance agents • Manage and post engaging job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and social platforms • Screen and schedule candidate interviews • Nurture relationships with prospective agents through digital communication and follow-up • Maintain and update candidate information using HubSpot and Zoho Recruit (training provided) • Collaborate with team leaders to refine marketing and recruiting strategies Qualifications: • Experience in digital marketing, recruiting, or sales • Strong communication and networking skills • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media recruiting • Basic proficiency with CRM or recruiting tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus) • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Compensation: • Commission-based with a base salary draw against commissions • Licensing assistance and training provided • Growth and residual income potential within the life insurance industry Schedule: • Part-time, flexible hours • Remote, but candidates must reside in Houston, TX or San Antonio, TX How to Apply: Submit your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit for this team.
