Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. Spanish fluency is a significant plus, as it will enable you to support a broader range of our members and enhance their experience with blithequark. A High School degree or equivalent, laying the foundation for your professional development and growth within our organization. The ability to sit for extended periods while wearing a headset, as well as maintaining a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts. Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills, with moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word, facilitating effective collaboration and documentation. A reliable internet connection with a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and an upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.
