Job Overview This part-time position involves handling a high volume of calls between 1 pm and 6 pm Eastern Time. During the initial four weeks, you will participate in training sessions scheduled between 8 AM-12 PM or 12:30 PM-4:30 PM Eastern Time. These schedules will be discussed in detail during your virtual interview, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice of our organization, providing prompt and courteous support to our members and addressing their transportation service inquiries with empathy, patience, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives regarding transportation services offered through our health plan, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after-call surveys, contributing to the team's overall performance and success. Adhere to all HIPAA and compliance protocols to protect members' protected health information (PHI), demonstrating a commitment to confidentiality and data security. Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to the contact center leadership team, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of our services. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. Spanish fluency is a significant plus, as it will enable you to support a broader range of our members and enhance their experience with blithequark. A High School degree or equivalent, laying the foundation for your professional development and growth within our organization. The ability to sit for extended periods while wearing a headset, as well as maintaining a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts. Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills, with moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word, facilitating effective collaboration and documentation. A reliable internet connection with a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and an upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.
