About the Role: How You'll Assist Us in Continuing to Climb As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist within our IT - Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various IT projects, including data analysis, business intelligence, and technical support for IT operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure environments. Gathering requirements for development, designing, and testing decision support systems. Utilizing data analysis to create performance dashboards and management-level agreements with various products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IT transformation and innovation. Working on a variety of IT projects in a Business Analyst, Developer, Systems Specialist, or Data Analytics/BI type role. What You Need to Succeed: Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to work from the Atlanta or MSP office (as determined during the interview process) with a hybrid work schedule (partially on-site/partially remote) with management approval. A commitment to making safety and security a top priority. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and/or support. The ability to act in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a business-casual work environment. An interest in working for Delta Air Lines after graduation if a full-time offer is extended.
