Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk team and ensure that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service Email responses to customers to keep them informed about the status of their requests and ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently Work closely with the Help Desk team to coordinate calls with customers when necessary and ensure that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and ticket updates Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is required, but previous I.T.
