Job Summary As a Program Manager at Tesla, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of cross-functional engineering teams to drive success in our infrastructure projects. You will create and manage programmatic reports and summaries for executive management, develop project reporting and analytics tools, and support team growth in critical communication processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional engineering teams to drive success in infrastructure projects Create and manage programmatic reports and summaries for executive management Develop project reporting and analytics tools to enable program teams to focus on problem-solving Review internal communication and documentation for efficiency and brevity Support team growth in critical communication processes and areas of personal development Manage training database and search/create new training and development programs Host and help manage productive project team meetings and follow up on action items as needed Provide organizational support to the Director Anticipate, plan, and coordinate internal logistics/project and facility needs in the Bay Area Ensure that all stakeholders (internal and external) are involved and aligned with program objectives Use an honest approach, accept any task necessary to support the team, and get things done Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in a support capacity, preferably in an engineering, architectural, or construction firm Strong time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Engineering software skills - Bluebeam, Autocad, Revit, Aconex, Plangrid, or Procore Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision; proactive, enthusiastic self-starter What We Offer Competitive Compensation Package We offer a competitive salary of $20-$30/hour, depending on experience.
