Ascender Studios is a growing company in the healthcare marketing sector, seeking a Project Coordinator to manage various digital marketing projects. The role involves overseeing project timelines, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management. Responsibilities Manage multiple brands and projects (in Healthcare and Pharma), including websites, banners, email programs, social media, and print from initiation to completion Create and monitor timelines to ensure that teams have the space and time to develop great creative work while meeting client needs Organize tasks in our project management software, ensure dates are properly entered, assign tasks to resources where necessary Run daily hot sheets including setting deliverables for the day and documenting next steps Collaborate with internal teams to successfully meet client requests and goals Track ongoing changes throughout the project lifecycle, and actively reconcile estimates to actuals Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications 6 months - 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing project management/agency More than just basic experience and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Experience with project management platforms (i.e. SmartSheet, ActiveCollab, Workfront PHQ, Veeva, etc.) Omni-channel marketing experience Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills Fundamental understanding of web development and social platforms Smart, friendly, energetic personality Desire to produce high-quality work Strong aesthetic eye for good design and usability Eagle eye attention to detail Benefits 10+ paid holidays 10 days paid vacation time 7 personal/sick days Health/dental/vision insurance Life insurance and Disability coverage Annual stipend for professional development 401(k) plan + match Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in Edison, NJ) Company Overview Ascender is a marketing agency that offers SEO, SEM, web design, content management systems, content strategy, and related services.
