Part-Time Media Buyer for Facebook & Instagram Marketing
About Us We are a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel automations for chiropractors. We currently serve 25 active clients and are rapidly expanding. Our mission is to help chiropractic clinics grow with high-quality advertising, CRM workflows, and simple but effective marketing systems. We are now hiring 2–3 full-time Virtual Assistants who are very experienced in: Meta Ads Manager GoHighLevel (GHL) Client communication, reporting & support This is a long-term role with daily responsibilities and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Set up and maintain GoHighLevel snapshots, automations, pipelines, triggers, and workflows Build landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars inside GHL Troubleshoot client tech issues (domains, tracking, integrations, etc.) Manage CRM conversations: tagging, workflows, lead flow, pipeline clean-up Provide weekly updates and communicate with assigned clients Manage simple Google Ads campaigns Assist in internal SOP building Help support our upcoming course launch (“How to Run Your Own Ads”) Required Skills 2+ years experience in GoHighLevel (non-negotiable) Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, testing, optimization) Experience working with lead generation campaigns Strong English communication (written & verbal) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple clients Fast learner and strong problem-solving ability Experience with service-based businesses (bonus if you’ve worked with chiropractors/clinics) Preferred (but not required) Google Ads experience Video editing basics (short-form clips) Understanding of local business funnels Familiarity with conversion tracking & pixels Work Schedule Part-time (20 hours/week) Will be open to hire full time Must be available for daily check-ins Flexible hours, but some overlap with US business hours is required Apply tot his job
