QA Analyst (Investigations / Skip Tracing) – Contract / Part-Time (Remote)

Gravitas Investigations is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support a new, high-volume investigative services contract. This role focuses on quality assurance, accuracy validation, and evidence review for skip tracing and investigative research deliverables. This is a contract, part-time, remote position ideal for experienced investigators, analysts, or compliance-minded professionals who excel at reviewing work product, enforcing standards, and protecting quality under time constraints. Key Responsibilities • Review skip tracing and investigative research deliverables for: • Accuracy • Completeness • Evidence sufficiency • Clear written justification 2. Validate address determinations and supporting documentation 3. Ensure work meets defined QA/QC standards and client requirements 4. Identify trends, errors, or gaps and provide corrective feedback 5. Collaborate with a Lead Analyst to refine processes and standards 6. Escalate complex or ambiguous cases as needed 7. Help protect overall accuracy metrics and performance incentives Required Qualifications Prior experience in one or more of the following: • Skip tracing • Investigative research • OSINT analysis • Insurance SIU • Background investigations • Compliance or QA review - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills - Excellent written communication and documentation skills - High attention to detail and consistency - Ability to apply standards objectively and push back when quality is insufficient - Comfortable working with sensitive information and following strict confidentiality requirements - U.S.-based and eligible to work on government-related contracts (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) Preferred Qualifications Prior QA or supervisory experience Familiarity with investigative databases (e.g., TLOxp, IRBsearch, IDI, public records) Experience working on government or regulated contracts Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment Apply tot his job
