About the Role: QA Project Manager (Remote - 2 Openings) We are offering two immediate openings for a QA Project Manager to manage and lead our quality assurance team remotely. As a QA Project Manager at DivIHN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and services. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring their performance and productivity. Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with software developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle and timely delivery. Test Strategy and Planning: Plan, design, and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for software development and testing. Test Management: Manage overall Test Strategy, Test Schedule, Test Plan, and Test Design review. Review and approve test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results. Resource Planning: Resource planning and utilization, timeline, and resource estimation. Risk Management: Identify risks, issues, and constraints for testing. Work on risk mitigation strategies for risks and issues. Quality Standards: Establish and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures for software products and services. Defect Tracking: Identify, analyze, and report software defects, issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and metrics. Reporting: Regularly report on testing progress, challenges, and outcomes to project stakeholders. Essential Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Project Manager/Quality Assurance Manager with an overall experience of 8 years in quality assurance. Test Management: Experience establishing and defining an end-to-end testing strategy, including test planning, test reporting, testing and defect tracking, and resource planning and allocation. Project Management: Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle from a QA perspective. Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft programs, including Azure. Experience with DevOps and agile methodology. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification: PMP certification is a plus. Salesforce Experience: Knowledge/experience with Salesforce preferred. Communication Skills: Multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
