Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter to assist with Marketing searches within the Content TA organization. This exciting opportunity is for someone who will focus on full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across our Marketing organization – from Title Marketing to Events to Publicity to Marketing Operations and beyond. The Recruiter will be a true full-cycle recruiter, equally comfortable with sourcing strategy as well as leading candidates through the hiring process end to end, from initial outreach, phone screens, through interviews, offer, and close. The Recruiter will be a key partner to the business, bringing together talent insights, structured assessment, and clear communication to help teams plan effectively, move with clarity, and maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience. Responsibilities • Work closely with the business to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent. • Determine appropriate ways to develop and build talent pipelines. • Help identify and pursue candidates who can enhance our ability to entertain the world. • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Additionally, you’ll provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles. • Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process. • Work cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (HR/Finance/Compensation) to support alignment and business support for hiring decisions. Desired Profile & Qualifications • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. • Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., marketing, communications, public policy/ global affairs, legal). • Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice. • Curious; you look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile researching market trends, domain technology, and seek out information to have a solid understanding of the business. • You ask for feedback, and want to grow and develop in your career. • Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity. • You leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to track your progress and to inform decisions. • Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus. • *Preferred onsite 2-3 days/ week in Los Angeles, but open to remote for very tenured employees. • *6-month contract.
