The Role: Remote Client Support Associate As a Client Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences and maintaining consistency in all customer interactions. You'll be the front-line representative for our clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support through various channels, including text, calls, tickets, and emails. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Handle escalated customer support concerns effectively, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve customer issues ranging from billing to technical challenges. Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and support clients as needed, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Maintain a strong work ethic, with a total commitment to customer satisfaction daily, and strive to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, providing feedback to improve our services and support. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Less than one year of proven experience in customer support, preferably in a customer-driven, remote work environment. Exceptional communication skills across telephone, email, and text, with high attention to detail and a strong technical/computer skills, including the use of multi-screen systems. A basic understanding of networking and familiarity with video streaming protocols (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP). A structured and self-motivated approach to achieving goals, with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn new software. Fluency in English and the ability to commit long-term and full-time to the role. Availability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time). Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Previous experience working with startups or in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as ticketing systems and CRM platforms. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
