Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Claims Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail. Follow-up and Communication: Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate the claims processing, and communicate with relevant stakeholders as needed. Invoice Review and Accuracy: Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify any discrepancies or issues that require attention. Reporting and Analytics: Compile reports from our systems, providing insights and information on claims status, trends, and other key metrics. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the claims coordination team, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and performing other tasks as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Computer and Typing Skills: Basic computer skills and typing proficiency required, with the ability to learn our claims management systems and other software applications. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process claims information. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Claims Processing Experience: Previous experience in claims processing or a related field is highly valued. Technical Skills: Familiarity with claims management systems, software applications, and other technical tools used in the industry. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions.
