Always adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices that are as clean as a whistle Skills High school diploma or equivalent is necessary A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience Internet Speed - 200Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi-Fi Prohibited) Other Equipment/Utility capabilities- Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet/s able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors (computer equipment/monitors will be provided) Must live in Missouri Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Self-motivator with a knack for working independently Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary Sales-centric mindset: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results by exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other relevant software applications.
