What You’ll Do • Provide individual therapy (ages 10+) using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. • Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) and treatment plans. • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients. • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR system. • Attend virtual team meetings and maintain a minimum caseload. Requirements • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage/family therapy, or related field. • Active NC license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS) or associate-level license with supervision agreement. • Strong writing and organizational skills. • Comfortable delivering telehealth services. • Able to complete Medicaid credentialing and background check. Compensation & Perks • $35–$40 per session | $40–$50 per assessment • Walk-In Premium Pay: $60 per assessment for same-day, after-hours, or weekend assessments. • Tiered Pay Model: Your rate increases as your caseload grows.
