[Remote] Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (Recruiting & Core HR)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RED Global is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant specializing in Recruiting and Core HR. The role involves supporting the integration requirements of Oracle Recruiting and Core HR, designing and implementing recruitment solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance system configurations. Responsibilities • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze recruiting-related requirements • Enhance existing configurations plus configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality for new entities. Including but not limited to job requisitions, candidate management, and recruiting flows • Ability to contribute to configurations within Core HR associated with Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring and Security needs, for example • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications for system configurations • Define and configure recruitment templates, approval hierarchies, and recruiting security roles • Configure Redwood UX and Recruiting Analytics/OTBI Reports to enhance user experience • Potentially enable additional Recruiting Booster capabilities to support business requirements • Support system testing (SIT, UAT), go-live, and hyper care phases • Perform and support Extracts, Integrations (OIC), and HDL/HSDL uploads • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials • Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer Skills • Strong functional expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, specifically within the Recruiting (ORC) and Core HR modules • Solid technical background • Ability to gather, document, and analyze recruiting-related requirements • Experience in enhancing existing configurations and implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality • Ability to contribute to configurations within Core HR associated with Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring and Security needs • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications • Ability to define and configure recruitment templates, approval hierarchies, and recruiting security roles • Experience configuring Redwood UX and Recruiting Analytics/OTBI Reports • Ability to enable additional Recruiting Booster capabilities • Experience supporting system testing (SIT, UAT), go-live, and hyper care phases • Experience performing and supporting Extracts, Integrations (OIC), and HDL/HSDL uploads • Ability to prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials • Ability to provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer Company Overview • 25 years of tech recruitment!
