Key Responsibilities Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize Verisma software applications to manage the release of information process, staying up-to-date with the latest software features and best practices. Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines. Organize and maintain records and documents to facilitate the ROI process, ensuring that all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies. Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to verify the accuracy of release requests. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient release of information process, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Stay informed about relevant reference materials and company updates to maintain compliance and confidentiality in the release of PHI.
