The SEO Analyst will conduct deep SEO research, perform comprehensive audits, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance client websites' visibility and performance. Responsibilities Conducting deep SEO research and R&D to stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging technologies in the SEO landscape Performing comprehensive SEO audits for client websites, identifying issues, and implementing effective data-driven solutions Using AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to discover keyword opportunities, optimize content strategies, and strengthen topical authority Conducting thorough keyword research and prioritization based on evolving search intent, competition, and SERP behaviour Creating and optimizing 301 redirects, HTML/XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data for enhanced indexing Collaborating on technical SEO innovations, including entity-based SEO, schema optimization, and internal linking improvements Monitoring and enhancing site performance through upgrades in website code, server optimization, and site speed improvements Experimenting with new AI-based methodologies, SEO automation workflows, and predictive ranking analysis as part of ongoing R&D Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve the online visibility of clients’ websites in local search results Use heatmap analysis tools, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to understand pain points and optimize user behaviour and conversion rate Skills A strong understanding of all SEO best practices, such as SEO 'friendly' site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, and link building Experience implementing AI-based SEO strategies, including keyword clustering, content optimization, and search intent analysis using machine learning or NLP tools Strong knowledge of how AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity can enhance SEO workflows from content ideation to on-page optimization and technical audits Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and tools to scale SEO performance Hands-on experience with SEO crawling and auditing tools such as Screaming Frog to identify technical SEO issues Proficiency in rank tracking and competitive analysis tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or WebCEO to monitor keyword performance and identify growth opportunities Proficiency in HTML/CSS Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Basic knowledge of web copywriting and web design, and how they relate to SEO functionality Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Up-to-date knowledge on new technologies and a desire to stay current Excellent written and verbal English skills The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST The ability to adapt in a diverse, multicultural environment The passion to build and grow a startup A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely Knowledge of JavaScript & PHP Benefits The most competitive profit-sharing bonus plan in the industry, paying up to 50% of company profits to full-time employees each month!
