Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple platforms. Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to understand our performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust our strategies accordingly. Travel Booking & Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities, ensuring that their preferences and expectations are met. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Ensure seamless execution of travel plans by coordinating with suppliers and service providers. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients by being responsive, empathetic, and proactive in resolving their concerns. Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity by adhering to our data management policies and procedures. Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally. Proactively identify potential issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven Experience: A background in customer service or the travel industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Customer Service Abilities: A customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints. Proficiency in Travel Booking Platforms and CRM Systems: Experience with travel booking platforms, such as Sabre or Amadeus, and CRM systems, like Salesforce. Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.
