Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of coded records, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve coding accuracy. Collaboration: Partner with physicians, clinical documentation improvement (CDI) specialists, and billing teams to clarify documentation and resolve coding queries. Data Analysis: Analyze coding data for DRG, APC, and RVU metrics to support financial performance and quality reporting initiatives.
