[Remote] Tabletop Games Consultant

As a Tabletop Games Consultant, you will guide clients in the LaunchBoom Games program, providing strategic feedback on advertising and crowdfunding campaigns while assisting them with their pre-launch funnel setup. Responsibilities • Build our client’s pre-launch funnel (includes landing page copy, email copy, ad copy and audiences) • Assist our clients via daily email support and/or screen recorded videos • Provide support and assistance in Skool, our client community forum • Manage platform and project setup in LaunchKit (proprietary software), Meta, Stripe, and Mailchimp • Maintain up-to-date client records in Hubspot • Perform other duties as assigned Skills • Proven experience in a customer service or account management role required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Passion for tabletop games strongly preferred • Prior experience in the crowdfunding industry strongly preferred • Experience with Meta advertising strongly preferred Benefits • Medical, dental and vision insurance (100% of employee premium paid for) • 401(k) plan with a fully vested 4% match • Unlimited PTO • 12 business days off paid for various holidays Company Overview • LaunchBoom is a full-service agency that provides marketing, consulting, campaign and advertising services.
