About the Role We areseekinga highly curious, analytical, and drivenResearch & Talent Sourcing Specialistto support our recruitment efforts throughdeep, strategic research andheadhunting. This role goes beyond traditional resume screening—it requires someone who can think critically about businesses, competitors, and alternative talent profiles toidentifyhigh-quality candidates. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how different businessesoperate. You will play a key role inidentifyingtalent through creative research strategies and supporting the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through agreement execution. Key Responsibilities Talent Research & Sourcing • Conductin-depth researchtoidentifyqualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other online resources • Think beyond standard job titles (e.g.,identifyingalternative titles or adjacent roles whensourcing forpositions such as Controller, Finance Manager, etc.) • Researchcompetitor companiesand related industries to uncover hidden talent pools • Supportheadhuntingeffortsthrough outbound messaging and targeted outreach campaigns Recruiting & Outreach Support • Draft and postjob advertisementsand sourcing messages • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups • Investigate candidate backgrounds and career paths to assess alignment • Maintainaccuratecandidate records and research notes Agreements & Administrative Support • Prepare and send agreements usingDocuSign • Track agreement status and follow up as needed • Support compliance and documentation throughout the recruitment process Marketing & CRM Support • Update and manage candidate and company data inHubSpot • Assistwith light recruitment marketing efforts (campaign tracking, messaging optimization) • Support sourcing campaigns with data and insights from research Core Skills & Competencies • Strongresearch and investigative skillswith the ability to connect non-obvious data points • Understanding of how businessesoperateand how roles fit within organizations • Confidence in outreach and professional communication • Ability to think creatively andoutside the box • Strong written English skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple research streams Qualifications • Minimum of 2years of experience inrecruiting, sourcing, research, or lead generation • US Recruitment/Sourcing experience (required) • Exposure toheadhuntingor outbound recruitingpreferred • Experience withDocuSignandCRM systems(HubSpot preferred) • Interest in business, markets, and competitive research • Willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruiting strategies • Ability to conduct interviews (nice to have) This is a full time role Up to $7/hr 100% Remote Apply tot his job
