The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth transitions for prospective clients. Responsibilities Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns Collect accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts Skills Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of prior sales experience in lieu of degree High energy, determination, and perseverance Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills Salesforce CRM experience Prior cold calling or prospecting experience Company Overview Brightly Software, a Siemens company, enables organizations to manage the entire lifecycle of their assets, facilities and infrastructure.
