Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive our capital introduction operations. This is fully remote, commission only with flexible hours, designed for entrepreneurial-minded professionals who are comfortable navigating the private capital world. Your Role: • Identify and connect with Fund Managers (GPs) seeking capital or IR/PR support. • Target Family Offices, LPs, and sophisticated investors allocating to private funds or real estate. • Build and manage your pipeline, tracking leads, and facilitating high-value introductions. • Source leads using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and fund directories. • Present tailored solutions, negotiate deals, and close high-ticket engagements. You’ll be expected to bring hunger, discipline, and business intelligence.
