Sales - Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant partners closely with Sales to drive new and expansion revenue by translating customer business needs into value-based solutions. This role combines consultative discovery, product expertise, and executive-level communication to demonstrate how Aline delivers measurable operational and financial outcomes for senior living organizations. The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and commercially minded, with the ability to articulate ROI, influence deal strategy, and engage stakeholders across executive, operational, and user audiences. Essential Functions: • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Aline’s products and services across multiple product lines • Partner with Account Executives and Client Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to uncover customer goals, challenges, and success criteria • Consult with prospects and customers to evaluate current state workflows and identify critical business and operational needs • Assist in building business cases that articulate operational impact and financial ROI • Deliver Aline’s value proposition through customized product demonstrations, presentations, and written communications • Respond to prospect and customer technical questions via live meetings, phone, and written correspondence in partnership with Sales • Prepare, customize, and deliver sales collateral and demonstrations, particularly for strategic and enterprise accounts • Support the sales team in the completion and delivery of RFPs and formal proposals • Document customer needs and insights uncovered during the sales process and relay feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders • Partner with Product, Implementations, Enablement, and Corporate Support teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition from sale to implementation • Assist leadership, partnerships, and enablement teams with demonstrations, training, and certifications as needed • Travel up to 25% or as business needs dictate Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3-5 years SaaS experience as a Solutions Consultant with financial business operations experience • High level of business acumen and proven track record, delivering results. • Experience in a B2B SaaS solution sales process, with multiple product lines • Ability to ask questions around difficult, complex concepts to a range of audiences and personas. • Outstanding communication skills verbal, written, and presentation skills with public speaking. • Professional-level knowledge of MS Products with the ability to translate abstract themes and workflows into visual presentations. • You are highly organized with the ability to schedule internal and external meetings in a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. • Familiarity with Senior Living or real estate business operations is a plus • Ability to negotiate in both challenging and collaborative environments.
