Responsibilities and duties • Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs. • Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes. • Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools and dataloader.io. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements. • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability. • Potentially support integration with third-party apps and AI tools such as AgentForce. Required Qualifications and skills • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience. • Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation. • Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment. • Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration. Preferred • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification. • Experience with AI products like AgentForce. • Experience with marketing cloud or other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales Cloud.
