Job Title: SAP MM Business Analyst Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 6 Months (Contract, with extensions likely) Location: Wixom, MI (On-site 3 days per week) Overview Our client is seeking an experienced SAP MM Business Analyst to act as an internal consultant, supporting business units in the effective use of SAP modules. This role requires strong configuration expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery. The analyst will play a key role in integration, rollout, and ongoing support across multiple functional areas, ensuring smooth system adoption and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have direct hands-on experience in SAP MM with exposure to WM, PP, and QM, and will bring strong systems analysis skills to support both projects and daily operations. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the internal consultant and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for SAP MM. • Configure and customize SAP MM modules to meet business requirements; support WM, PP, and QM as needed. • Lead integration, rollout, and support activities across functional areas. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validate system changes. • Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of MM-related issues. • Support functional design, data cleansing/migration, UAT, training, and go-live activities. • Ensure project objectives are well defined, tracked, and delivered on schedule. • Stay current on SAP releases and best practices; transfer knowledge to business users. • Maintain compliance with company policies and standards (IATF, ISO, ISMS, safety). Required Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration; knowledge of WM, PP, and QM preferred. • Hands-on experience in system analysis, application design, configuration, and integration testing. • Proven ability to resolve and document system issues quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced computer proficiency. • Experience working in multicultural/global environments preferred. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 3 5 years of industry or SAP process knowledge required. • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as an SAP consultant or user with configuration and systems analysis responsibilities. • Experience as part of at least one full lifecycle implementation preferred. • Ability to conduct workshops, training, and user support. • Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and diplomacy. • Willingness to travel and work overtime as required. • Commitment to continuous improvement and documentation best practices. • Apply tot his job
