This is a seasonal position that ends on 1/15/2024, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. If you're a motivated, organized, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Seasonal Customer Service Associate Responsibilities** * Placing orders over the phone with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction * Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Answering product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with confidence and accuracy * Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text * Performing other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times **Requirements** * Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent phone skills and pleasant phone demeanor * Organized with attention to detail * Strong PC skills * Able to work independently * Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests * Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized * Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet * 2+ years of customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience shopping online * Call center experience a plus **Available Schedules** * Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm * Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm **Available Shifts and Compensation** We have available shifts all days of the week.
