As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. **The Role** As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and work closely with a cross-functional team to structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and our clients. Your goal will be to plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of our advertising products and solutions, and to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals. **Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. * Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts in the digital marketing space. * Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development. * Comprehensive training and development programs to help you succeed in your role. * Flexible work arrangements and a commitment to work-life balance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
