Our team is made up of talented individuals who share a common goal: to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. **Job Summary** As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of less experienced Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes. You'll also provide input and present plans to improve or execute processes with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and provide guidance to less experienced team members. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of less experienced Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes * Provide input and present plans to improve or execute processes with a focus on customer satisfaction * Perform complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats * Provide topic expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Client Care Agents and offer guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives * Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with various departments * Suggest areas requiring improvement * Connect with internal and external clients * Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on proclamations **Required Capabilities** * 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills * Microsoft Access skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information **Preferred Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Benefits of Working at arenaflex** As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.
