Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: A Master's degree in School Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. Pennsylvania state licensure to practice as a social worker, ensuring that you're equipped to provide high-quality support and services. A valid 310 License in PA, a critical requirement for this role.
