About the Role The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in our Assurance and Warning Management Program (AMP), driving continuous improvement and developing leadership skills across various functional areas. This position is responsible for executing data-intensive project work, providing ad-hoc data request support, and creating and maintaining AMP analytical tools. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Project Execution (50%): Execute assigned portions of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results Understand project objectives, meet set time constraints, communicate results, and present expectations Develop innovative data collection plans, identify data sources, gather, analyze, and control data, and review for trends and exceptions Utilize statistical data tools to display and analyze results graphically Ad-hoc Data Support (25%): Interface with colleagues across AMP functional areas to understand their needs and develop solutions to support their data analysis requirements Assist with the development and delivery of data analysis training for the department AMP Analytical Tools Development and Maintenance (25%): Utilize automation technologies (e.g., robotics) to streamline testing and analysis Create and maintain data mining, reporting capabilities, and repetitive analysis to support the department Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years old Be legally authorized to work in the US Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics) Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with GCP Big Query and Looker Strong understanding of SQL and intermediate knowledge of another scripting/ programming language (Python preferred) Basic understanding of GitHub for version control Experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and/or forecasting Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our professionals grow and develop their skills.
