As a Senior Manager, Client Insights and Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in consulting with our health-focused and pharmaceutical clients to develop strategic audience designs, campaign performance measurements, and insights that drive business results. This fully remote opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with our sales, account management, operations, business intelligence, and data science teams to develop and apply best practices, share learnings, and ensure that our CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is viewed as a strategic partner to our clients. You'll be responsible for delivering thought leadership on audience, measurement, and advanced analytics, while leveraging CMX's proprietary data and platform to develop media marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and media KPIs. Key Responsibilities Act as a key client partner, understanding client strategy, creating client-ready presentations, presenting at meetings, and responding to feedback. Provide strategic guidance to optimize marketing campaigns to meet client objectives, consulting with clients to define and answer their most important business questions. Deliver thought leadership on audience, measurement, and advanced analytics, guiding the development and management of client data-driven marketing strategies. Leverage CMX's proprietary data and platform to develop media marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and media KPIs. Manage the process of defining target audiences, sharing data with clients, tracking and compiling performance reports on audience groups, and identifying channels, tactics, and data sources to maximize campaign results. Partner with the Media Team to build robust, fully integrated media plans across platforms, aligned with campaign objectives and overall client strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign performance, its effectiveness, key drivers, and associated insights, using various tools and solutions developed by partner data science teams. Author client-facing reports, communicate recommendations to client stakeholders, lead client reporting calls with expert data storytelling, and provide ongoing support. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in audience consultation, media measurement, data-driven marketing, and/or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering campaign results. 1+ year of previous management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) in a relevant field. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop compelling storytelling presentation decks. Proven experience working with senior-level clients, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Strong knowledge and understanding of digital media analytics, with experience working with syndicated and first-party data. Experience in multiple digital media channels, including programmatic, social, search, CTV, DOOH, and more. A comprehensive understanding of media metrics, measurement analytics, and quantitative business measures. Experience in Healthcare Marketing, particularly in provider or pharmaceutical marketing.
