Our team of dedicated professionals is driven by a shared vision of making a meaningful difference in people's lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Manager of Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Leading a high-performing team**: Manage a team of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. * **Developing and implementing customer experience strategies**: Analyze customer needs and preferences, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and medical education teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives. * **Driving business growth**: Identify opportunities to increase adoption of arenaflex products and improve patient outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. * **Establishing metrics and analyzing results**: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze results and identify areas for improvement. * **Communicating with key stakeholders**: Develop and communicate long-term strategies to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners. * **Managing budget and resources**: Manage budget, evaluate past decisions, and prioritize new investments to achieve business objectives. * **Maintaining and developing key opinion leader (KOL) network**: Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific societies to promote arenaflex's medical education programs. * **Actively contributing to the development of mid to long-term vision**: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement arenaflex's strategic vision. **Essential Qualifications** * **Bachelor's degree**: Required * **10+ years of work experience**: Required * **Strong leadership and management skills**: Proven track record of managing people and leading teams to achieve business objectives. * **Analytical and problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. * **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members. * **Ability to manage multiple projects**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on established timelines. * **Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications** * **MBA**: Preferred * **7+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience**: Preferred * **4+ years of people management experience**: Preferred * **Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members. * **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. * **Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on established timelines. * **Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority**: Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders without formal authority. **What We Offer** * **Competitive salary**: $112,800 - $239,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
