Responsibilities • Develop and curate compelling multimedia content including images, videos, and written posts tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Manage social media calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing graphics and editing videos that align with branding guidelines. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy. • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility. • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and engagement metrics. • Engage with followers through relationship management strategies, responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally. • Collaborate with public relations teams to craft messaging that supports branding efforts and enhances public perception. • Assist in planning Facebook advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before publication. • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, video editing, photography, e-commerce integration, and web analytics.
