Social Media Content Creator

Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging, on-brand content that brings our firm’s culture, values, and expertise to life. This role is focused on content production—capturing photos and videos, writing copy, and designing assets—that fuels our social media presence and drives audience engagement. The ideal candidate is skilled at turning ideas into visually compelling stories while keeping pace with social trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop, create, high-quality multimedia content (graphics, videos, photography, reels, stories, and written copy) tailored for various social platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight firm events, initiatives, community involvement, and employee culture. • Stay on top of platform trends, adapting content to leverage emerging features and formats for maximum visibility and impact. • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and campaigns. • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice while being optimized for each platform. • Assist in planning the content calendar and brainstorming creative campaign ideas. • Capture behind-the-scenes moments at events, office activities, and community partnerships to showcase firm culture. • Edit and repurpose content into multiple formats (short-form video, static graphics, stories, carousels, etc.). • Work closely with the creative strategist and the social media community manager. • Track and report on content performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience creating content for social media, preferably in a professional setting. • Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar). • Strong photography and videography skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. • Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and algorithms. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Experience in professional services, law, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
