Specialist - Vehicle Payable
Holman is a global automotive leader that serves both commercial and consumer clients. The Specialist - Vehicle Payable will be responsible for processing vehicle payments, auditing vehicle pricing, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements while working cooperatively with internal and external parties. Responsibilities Processing vehicle payments for both factory and stock orders Audit vehicle pricing; verify if client has price protection Processing third party invoices Follow internal processes to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLA) Work cooperatively with internal and external parties related to vehicle payments Act on the best interest of all parties including the organization, maintaining a consistent and professional manner in all dealings with dealers and internal clients Back up support to other Vehicle Payable Specialists Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Skills Processing vehicle payments for both factory and stock orders Audit vehicle pricing; verify if client has price protection Processing third party invoices Follow internal processes to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLA) Work cooperatively with internal and external parties related to vehicle payments Act on the best interest of all parties including the organization, maintaining a consistent and professional manner in all dealings with dealers and internal clients Back up support to other Vehicle Payable Specialists Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Post-secondary in a related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience is preferred Accounts payable experience preferred Holman's current programs and services, departmental policies and PIE goals Holman's other proprietary systems (i.e. Fleetrak, Evos, Evolve) Understanding of the dealership environment, challenges and processes Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient and accurate data-entry skills Flexibility to multitask and manage high business volume in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain an understanding of Holman's relevant systems and adapt to system changes Ability to manage customers' requirements utilizing Holman systems Ability to work independently and within a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on prioritization Works well under pressure to meet deadlines Maintain a consistent and professional manner in all dealings Team environment but must be able to run with tasks and operate independently Excellent customer service Strong interpersonal / communication skills Vehicle payments are processed to dealers, so that clients can be billed Works closely with the rest of VSC and Accounts Payable Post-secondary in a related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience Accounts payable experience Company Overview Holman offers a unique set of complementary services that address your changing needs.
