We are looking for someone who is passionate about using data to improve healthcare outcomes and has a strong background in predictive modeling and analytics. Develop and maintain predictive models to identify potential risk adjustment opportunities and improve accuracy of risk scores. Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify patterns and trends that impact risk adjustment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing predictive models and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in predictive analytics and risk adjustment methodologies. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for predictive modeling. Train and mentor junior analysts on predictive modeling techniques and risk adjustment processes. Participate in the development and implementation of new risk adjustment initiatives and projects.
