About the Sr. Digital Media Manager Role As the Sr. Digital Media Manager for Amazon & Target PPC & Sponsored Advertising, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and managing client media campaigns, with a primary focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display). You will also manage campaigns for other retail media networks—including Target Product Ads (Criteo) and Instacart—ensuring a holistic retail media strategy for our clients. This role is essential to the success of Voyageur Group’s strategic clients, as you will strategically manage advertising campaigns to align with their goals and budgets. You will collaborate closely with Account Management and Merchandising teams to provide seamless, cross-functional support for full-service Amazon clients. Additionally, you will lead the relationship for advertising-only clients across multiple retail media networks. We are seeking candidates with deep expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads and experience with Criteo, or other retail PPC platforms. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly analytical, and skilled at communicating performance insights to both internal teams and clients. Responsibilities • Own, manage, and grow client relationships and advertising performance, including guiding day-to-day and strategic communication. • Act as relationship & account manager for advertising-focused clients. • Manage retail media advertising-only clients by coordinating and leading regular client meetings. • Develop advertising strategies that align with brand goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation. • Lead daily campaign management on Amazon Sponsored Ads (primary) and Target Product Ads/Instacart (secondary). • Define program objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs, ensuring optimization for growth and ROI. • Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns, leveraging data-driven bidding strategies and audience targeting. • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Media to evolve Voyageur Group’s advertising processes, tools, and best practices. • Provide weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights to improve campaign performance. • Connect organic product listings with paid media strategy to maximize visibility and conversion. • Maintain strong partnerships with retail media networks (Amazon, Target, Walmart) and technology partners (Pacvue, Criteo, etc.). • Conduct competitive and keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Analytics Index, and SmartScout. Requirements • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns with a proven track record of driving sales and improving ROAS. • 1+ years of experience with Criteo Target Product Ads and other retail PPC platforms. • Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Pacvue Ad Tech • Demonstrated success managing large advertising budgets and delivering measurable results. • Strong client relationship management skills, with confidence in presenting strategies and results. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications. • Ability to manage partnerships with retail media networks and technology providers.
