We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow with us as we prepare for market launch. Your Role This is not a typical sales position. You'll acquire clients while helping design our client acquisition strategy for Microsoft consulting services in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Responsibilities • Acquire new B2B clients for Microsoft-focused consulting (permanent and contract roles). • Position our consultant expertise to HR, IT, and procurement decision-makers. • Leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, and personal networks to initiate conversations. • Act as strategic advisor, optimizing outreach funnels, scripts, and client onboarding processes. • Collaborate with founder and consultants for seamless handoffs and client retention. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or sales, preferably in consulting or HR tech. • Fluency in German and English. • Proficiency with CRM tools (we use Manatal) and outreach automation. • Strategic thinking to co-develop processes, not just execute them. • Self-driven with outcome-oriented mindset.
