Key Responsibilities • Monitor and assess patients with telemetry and medical/surgical needs • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care • Document patient information accurately and timely • Respond appropriately to patient emergencies Qualifications and Desired Experience • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license • Experience in telemetry nursing preferred • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications as applicable • Up-to-date immunization records including MMR and Varicella or valid declination • Recent negative TB test results • Ability to pass drug screening and background check Schedule/Hours • Day shifts with weekend availability required This position is for a contract role with the opportunity to become part of a reputable medical center’s expanding per diem pool.
