The Role As a Temporary Bilingual Service Delivery Team Lead working remotely in the USA, you'll play a critical role in delivering amazing customer experiences while leading and managing a team of customer service representatives. You'll be the first line manager for your team, responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve their goals. You'll also be responsible for addressing customer escalations, answering associate questions, and ensuring quality customer experiences on every call. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure they're on track to meet their goals Motivate and inspire team members to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility Address customer escalations and ensure quality customer experiences on every call Manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance of your team Coordinate training on new or revised information relating to services, products, or processes Promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks What You Bring to the Role We're looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a knack for motivating and mentoring others.
