Finance Emerging Leaders Program (FLP) The Finance Emerging Leaders Program is a challenging and rewarding 24-month rotational program designed to develop leaders who will position Anywhere for growth while investing heavily in your growth holistically. As a member of the FLP, you will participate in exciting learning and development experiences, including: Rotational Assignments: Gain invaluable work experience across different business segments, developing a breadth of knowledge and skills. Training & Development: Take courses taught by finance leaders, bridging the gap between school-based learning and application in the Anywhere world. Coaching & Mentoring: Receive coaching from multiple sources and be paired with a more experienced leader (mentor) and a junior mentor (Finance buddy) to support your growth. Networking: Develop and maintain mutually helpful relationships with senior leaders and colleagues from across Anywhere. Performance Management: Receive continuous feedback through regular 1:1's and formal performance evaluations every quarter. Key Responsibilities: As an Analyst in the Finance Emerging Leaders Program, your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions. Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes. Contributing to the development of financial planning and analysis, controllership, and treasury operations. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must: Be graduating within two years with a B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management Information Systems (MIS). Have a strong record of achievement (minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA). Have experience in a leadership role in collegiate and/or community activities. Possess outstanding analytical and quantitative skills. Have strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic functions). Have a general understanding of technology's role in Finance. Be curious about committing to a multi-year career with Anywhere after completion of the program. Preferred Qualifications: We prefer candidates who: Have experience in financial planning and analysis, controllership, or treasury operations. Are familiar with financial systems and tools, such as ERP systems and financial software. Have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
