Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Assist customers in seamlessly navigating the account opening process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Account Communication: Clearly communicate account terms, conditions, and policies to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Payment Processing: Process account payments and perform end-of-shift cash-out procedures accurately, maintaining high-performance standards to ensure exceptional service delivery. Account Maintenance: Conduct account maintenance tasks such as changes, adjustments, and statement requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Customer Outreach: Reach out to customers for additional account information as needed, providing support in resolving customer concerns and correspondence. Reporting: Prepare insightful reports, including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash-out report, to help drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma; some college education preferred. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a related field. Typing Skills: Proficiency in typing at a speed of 30 words per minute. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across various programs and systems. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, with a potential for increased compensation. Background Check and Drug Test: Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
