Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative at Gabb Wireless, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class support to our customers, providing quick, helpful, and personable experiences that make a real difference in their lives. You'll work closely with our customers, supervisors, and shift leads to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer support : Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing high-quality support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Taking ownership of customer issues : Follow problems through to resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need and that issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborating with supervisors and shift leads : Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction, a productive work environment, and continuous improvement. Developing product knowledge : Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers. Troubleshooting and problem-solving : Use strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately. Communicating effectively : Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, reacting quickly and professionally when speaking with customers. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at Gabb Wireless, you'll need: 1+ year of customer support experience : Preferably in a technology product or service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Quiet, dedicated workspace : A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions, with reliable internet and equipment. Exceptional communication skills : The ability to react quickly and professionally when speaking with customers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills : The ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Enthusiastic and can-do attitude : A positive, enthusiastic attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer. Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Previous experience with call center software : Experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software. Technical skills : Familiarity with technology products and services, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
