Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for customer management, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
