Experience in handling customer support needs of US/UK clients, with a deep understanding of their preferences, expectations, and cultural nuances. Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze issues, and develop effective solutions. Self-motivation and discipline to work with minimum supervision, managing your time and priorities effectively in a remote work setting.
