Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing all incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them in a form provided by the company, and ensuring that all details are entered with high accuracy. You will work closely with our team to meet the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by the company, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Captures and validates complex data with high accuracy Performs image classification and indexing tasks Pre-adjudicates documents and corrects data as required Verifies data from automated data extraction tools Utilizes various systems to work on assigned tasks Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete tasks Works within established procedures and practices Works under close degree of supervision to ensure accuracy and quality Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Must be able to type at least 45+ words per minute (WPM) with a high level of accuracy Must have 10-key by touch proficiency Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric and 2,500 KSPH alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred Experience working through VPN connection Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will have: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and medical terminology Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
