About the Role As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and provide top-notch support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our products and services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offer additional products and/or services to customers based on their needs and preferences Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking) 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or GED equivalent Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home with reliable internet and phone connectivity Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to investing in the growth and development of our employees.
